Exchanges & Returns

First, if you have a need to consider returns and refunds, you likely ordered a product from us. Which means we owe you a huge "thank you!" Nothing makes us happier than happy and stylish Straplets customers, and as such we promise to do our very best to deliver a “wow! This is simply genius! I love it!” product.

But if you’re not totally satisfied with any part of your purchase, we are here to help.


If you need to exchange due to sizing or defect, simply email us at within 90 days with your order number and which items you would like to exchange (and for what new items!) to receive your pre-paid Exchange Shipping Label. Please use this pre-paid Exchange Shipping Label to return your original order. Once we receive your original order at our warehouse, we will send you your new order. This exchange process takes approximately 5-10 business days.


If you end up not falling in love with your Straplets, simply send them back. Email us at within 90 days with your order number and which items you would like to return and we will email you a Return Shipping Label. Please note that the Return Shipping Label is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed, and then an additional 5 - 10 business days for your bank to issue the refund to your account, excluding the original cost of shipping. We will send you an email once your return has been processed so that you can be on the lookout for the refunded amount in your account.
